Backtick is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Using the app means you accept it.
Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed entirely by Apple. It follows your Apple account: restore it any time from the app's pro panel on any of your devices. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Backtick displays information from your device and from Apple Weather on a best-effort basis. Weather is forecast data — don't use it where accuracy is critical. Weather data is provided by Weather.
There is no account and no service relationship. Delete the app and everything it stored goes with it. The privacy policy has the details.
